Not only do we need to make sure that our body is great our feet are intact, and we feel fabulous, but our hair needs to look amazing at all times. Here are several solutions that we must use to tackle some issues some of us have.

Damaged Hair: Mash a ripe banana, blending in a few drops of almond oil. Massage over entire head and leave for fifteen minutes. Rinse with seltzer water. Shampoo and condition.

Distribute two teaspoons of sesame oil and ½ cup yogurt evenly over hair and scalp. Wrap in foil to contain heat and leave on for thirty minutes. Wash thoroughly and apply a leave in conditioner.

Oily Hair Tonic: combine and massage 1 egg, ½ cup of milk, and 2 tablespoons of lemon juice into scalp. Wrap your head in aluminum foil for thirty minutes. Rinse in apple cider vinegar.

Strawberry Hair Mask: Mash eight strawberries with one tablespoon mayonnaise. Massage into washed, damp hair. Cover with a shower cap, then a warm towel. Wash out with shampoo/conditioner combination. This luscious mix of rich acidic berries will leave your hair both conditioned and with rich gloss.
